Our Account Managers can handle all search engine marketing (SEM) controls: marketing strategy, campaign structure, quality score optimization, ad optimization, bidding strategies, budget optimization, and tracking.  We do this in order to better optimize your marketing endeavors and to achieve the best possible results.

That's why we only hire qualified people.  Every new Account Manager must complete an intensive initial 2 week training course to master eSearchVision technology and methodology.  Afterwards, weekly training sessions enable them to keep constantly up-to-date with new technology, methodology, and search engine evolutions.  All our account managers receive search engine accreditations, as well.

Your account manager is not the only one working for you. 10 quality score experts, more than 25 engineers, and 3 product managers work jointly with your account manager to keep providing you with information, answers, technology, and results.

Keeping it Simple

That’s a lot of people working for you.  In order to keep things simple and more efficient, your account manager will be your main contact for all your requests.

  • Regardless of the size of your SEM plan (numbers of campaigns, keywords, countries targeted)
  • Regardless of what your request is about: strategy, marketing, finances, or technical functions.

Constant Availability

Although your account manager will be your primary contact, other members of your team will always be available to talk about your account.  For example, if you would like to have a detailed conversation about optimizing your quality score, quality score experts working on your team would be happy to discuss that with you.   

In addition, every client account at eSearchVision has a backup account manager and in many cases, more than one backup account manager.  If your primary account manager should ever be absent for any reason, you will be immediately directed to a backup manager who will be perfectly familiar with your account.

Also remember that eSearchVision’s account managers are spread across 4 time zones.  If you need special promotions to start at a certain time, your team will coordinate with our other offices to make sure that your request becomes reality.
